End User License Agreement (EULA)

This is an agreement between Impact Scoring LLC ("Licensor"), and You ("End-User"). By downloading or using the Impact Scoring app from the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Amazon App Store or impactscoring.net website ("Services"), you agree to these terms.

1. What You’re Licensing

The Impact Scoring app provides tools for precision shooting, including scoring, analytics, and community features, for iOS and Android devices. It is not designed to meet specific regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA, FISMA) and should not be used in ways that violate applicable laws like the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act.

2. Your Rights

• You’re granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on devices you own or control.
• Updates to the app are covered under this agreement unless a new license is issued.
• Restrictions: You cannot sell, share, reverse-engineer, or modify the app without written permission from Impact Scoring LLC. Backup copies are allowed only for your personal use.

3. Your Responsibilities

• Use the app according to any rules from Apple, Google, Amazon or third parties.
• Remove the app from your devices before selling or transferring them.
• Violating these terms may result in termination of your license and possible legal action.

4. Maintenance and Support

Impact Scoring LLC is responsible for maintaining and supporting the app. For help, contact tincup@impactscoring.net.

5. Data Use

• Impact Scoring LLC may collect non-personal technical data to improve the app or offer support.
• Refer to the Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.

6. Contributions (User-Generated Content)

• By sharing content (e.g., posts, photos), you grant Impact Scoring LLC a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it. You retain ownership but agree your content may be used publicly.
• You must not upload harmful, illegal, objectionable or infringing content. We have no tolerance for abusive users. As soon as we detect you’re posting such material your account will be deleted immediately.
• All users have the ability to block abusive users and to report them to us so that we can delete their accounts.

7. Warranty

• The app is warranted to be free of harmful software when downloaded.
• Issues caused by improper use, unauthorized modifications, or factors outside Licensor’s control are not covered.

8. Liability

Impact Scoring LLC is not liable for:

• Misuse of the app.
• Any loss or damage unless required by law.

9. Termination

Your license ends if you violate these terms or stop using the app. On termination, you must delete all copies of the app.

10. Legal Compliance

By using the app, you confirm you’re not in a restricted country or on a prohibited party list according to U.S. laws.

11. Third-Party Terms

Apple, Google and Amazon are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and can enforce its terms.

12. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Nevada, USA.
